Archiving
Indexing:
Once your documents are scanned and converted to electronic format, we can then name the scanned files and index them by your required title, document date, file reference number or a field you specify. We use indexing to create an electronic document library in an organised database format, which are then used to retrieve the scanned files.
The document indexing service is very useful for high volume document and detailed file scanning. If you have small batches of documents to scan, then scanning the documents into PDF or TIFF format and using a simple file name for the batch is the most likely solution for you.
Retrieval:
When we scan documents in mass volumes, we also put free document search and retrieval software onto the CD's or DVD's which is a useful tool for companies who are not using a document management system to archive and retrieve their documents.
After the document scanning service is completed, the documents can be stored onto a number of different mediums, depending on you requirements. (
