Our document scanning bureau has the facilities to scan over a million plus documents per month and our offices are fully equipped with the state of the art technology, document scanners and software applications which allow us to produce high quality scanned images while providing faster and quicker turn around times for projects.
All of our document scanning services are fully checked and all of our scanning operators have signed NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) forms, this ensures the data protection and confidentiality of all our clients documents and materials.
Formats Scanned to:
- PDF (very popular muti page format)
- Tiff (file used for storing pictures - colour / black & white / greyscale)
- JPEG (single page file format - usually used for scanning colour images for presentations)
